World Record Attempt in Wildwood, NJ for Tallest Handbuilt Sand Castle

In May of 2002, John Gowdy and Co. embarked upon a Guinness World Record Attempt for tallest handbuilt sand castle in Wildwood, New Jersey. We were up at 32 feet before we lost the top 4 ft.

We have submitted all the materials (videos, photos, surveyor's measurments, etc.) to Guinness. Stay tuned to see if our record is accepted.
